Filtration & Ozonation

Water Source and Process

The water comes from an underground source with depth of >220m. It is pumped up to the surface by advance submersible pump. We utilize state-of-the-art  German technology to process the water so as to captures the pristine unique quality: Natural, Fresh and Smooth. The water goes through Oxidation, Ultra Filtration, Sedimentation and Ozonation to purify and disinfect to W.H.O. standard fit for human consumption.

The processed water is then pump into a Clean Room Facilities which performs the following automated process:

a)   Filling and bottling

b)   Ultraviolet Disinfection

c)    Capping

The finished product is transported by automated belt out of the clean room for packing which includes

a)   Labeling

b)   Packing into carton

Note:

a)   PET bottle is manufacture in our plant

b)   PET bottle, Gallon and Cap are thoroughly clean,

      disinfected and dried before sending into the clean

      room facility for filling.

c)   In the clean room, the bottle and gallon are rinsed

      in the Rinsing section before water filling process
